Aerobic 6 Continue
Aerobic 6 Weider is a set of exercises for the abdominal muscles, performed to burn fat and improve the body shape. It is composed of 6 exercise and leads to a significant strengthening of all abdominal muscles. We perform them without pauses to relax the abdominal muscles, because the exercises follow one another. The most important moment in the exercise is to stop the movement while the muscles are fully tense 3 seconds.
Weider exercises are performed on a flat surface (e.g.. rug), every day for six weeks. We must remember that our overall training should not exceed 25 min, otherwise we will have to shorten the repetition time when we stop at 2 sec. The cycle includes performing 6 exercises as one series. The number of series and repetitions in the cycle changes over the days of the entire program.
In order to achieve the intended effect of the exercise, we must carefully perform all exercises for a certain period of time, increasing the number of cycles and the number of series of exercises. Remember that we do not make breaks between cycles, nor stop exercising for more than 1 Day.

I finished a6w the day before yesterday. The effects are there, but I wasn't exactly expecting them. Overall, the belly is flatter, but in centimeters it has not changed. So, as if fat turned into muscle. However, I think, that it was worth it.
The effects are visible after a few days of exercise, as long as you do the exercises well ... they must be performed vigorously and without breaks;) Supposedly, you can't do it twice a day because it will spoil the whole cycle .. Be forewarned;p

I have a question,namely, at the top it says that the exercises must not be longer than 25 minutes,however, on the last days of training, the skin has one exercise to be performed by 3 seconds. When we multiply this by 24 repetitions times 8 cycles and then we multiply by 3 series it comes out almost 29 minutes,because of course the first and third exercise are counting,that it is performed with both feet, sorry,that I am so inquisitive but I would like to know if nothing will happen if I am about these 4 minutes longer exercise:)
As for how to exercise… there are actually two ways to do it (I will explain on the first day):
1. We repeat the series:
we do all six exercises in succession, one by one, and then repeat this series 6 times, the
2. we repeat the exercises:
we do the first exercise six times, then the second six times, and so on until the end…
It doesn't matter how you practice, I know from my experience, the first way is more interesting π

daro85… first and third exercise, the same as the fifth one, it is performed with one leg as one repetition π it is about the tension of the abdominal muscles, and not a leg, so with 6 repetitions you lift each leg up 3 times, not six…

Let me tell you this is a great exercise, I did it a few months ago but without dieting, if you want to see the effects, it must be a diet – anyone has experience in this matter already? What diet do you recommend?
As for the warm-up, you must do it before each exercise, at least 15 minutes,to warm up the muscles, And as for other exercises, I am, for example, still pulling ABS.

For two years I have been fighting overweight (I already have lost 21 kg – I am so proud :)) and now i'm happy with my body, but after so much weight loss, it was left to me “roller” on the belly. I think these exercises will help me, however, I have some doubt. First day, that is 1 series-6 repetitions I did in 8-10 min, I can feel my muscles but not fatigue. Is such a short time natural??

I'm practicing since 10 the days at the beginning were hard, but even though the training is getting longer and longer, It kind of adds strength to the fact that it helps. my husband noted that my belly is more muscular, hard and it does not stick out anymore, it is known who has a smaller belly, the effects are noticed faster. Hey everyone!!! I'm over 36 day. It is tough but I love it when I finish exercising. Sweaty to the max, but full of life:). Actually at the end 6 Weider's lumbar region hurts the most from the spine – but no weird with so many leg lifts. The effects are there (I got into my pants, in which I could not fasten on the last button since 1,5 year) though not very visible to me. Well, years of neglect caused, that I had a really big belly and therefore a lot of fat. I can feel the radiator, but under a layer of fat. It seems that cardio exercises will turn out to be necessary here for the results to be electrifying. My girlfriend sees the effects more than I do:)
PS : I HAVE A QUESTION. OR HOW I FINISH 6 WEIDER HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN??? AND CAN I DO IMMEDIATELY AFTER I COMPLETE 24 REPETITIONS DAILY???

Hey! I've got a question… I'm over 12 day and I stick, but I keep doing it 30 minutes. I read that this exercise cannot last so many minutes a day. Mam 3 would be 10 repeat and yet on the last day I have 3 serie i 24 repetition I think I would do over an hour… I am not allowed to do it, only as far as possible, even as quickly as possible, it seems to me… and so i think maybe i'm doing something wrong with exercises 1,3 i 5 when I have these with single legs, I do, for example, after 10 on the leg, that is together 20. Or maybe it should be 10 together or after 5 on the leg? you may not know how is correct? can I do that long? and if I am slim enough, when can I count on the results? I tighten quite a bit, it hurts when I exercise, but so I can not wait for the results… can you help me? help pls! xD

can not 1 in the morning the rest later…the same as the breaks between the series are not done because then the exercise is meaningless…for faster results, you can increase the number of series…and when it comes to diet, eat less carbohydrate

God, you can't read. You don't have to do every exercise after 6 times. It is easier to do as in the photo. Each exercise in turn. Then one cycle will be created. If you have to do 6 cycles, you just keep repeating this pattern all the time ( exactly as drawn at the top) 6 times without a stop. Then you will work out 1 serie.
Nothing easier.
Aha, and series intervals can be up to an hour, of course, this is not included in the exercise time.

Hello everyone today my 13 exercise day:) after 7 days I saw a clear difference in my tummy, it becomes flatter and the next folds disappear like magic:D I am not a patient person, that's why such effects after 7 days motivated me a lot to the next days of work on the figure:)These exercises give me great satisfaction, and I think, that I can make it to the end without any problems:)

the series is 6 exercises after 6 repeat.. you do the whole rerie once and on your way once you repeat 1 exercise x6 2cw x6 3cw x6 4×6 5×6 6×6 and again 1×6 2×6…..6×6:)
In the first exercise 6 repetitions of what 1 repetition = right leg + left leg. So it is performed 12 leg movements.
In the second exercise 6 repetitions of what 1 repetition = both legs up simultaneously.
In the third exercise 6 repetitions of what 1 repetition = right leg + left leg . So it is performed 12 leg movements (my hands are clasped at the nape of the neck).
In the fourth exercise 6 repetitions of what 1 repetition = both legs up simultaneously (hands clasped at the nape of the neck).
In the fifth exercise 6 repetitions of what 1 repetition = right leg + left leg . So it is performed 12 leg movements (my hands are clasped at the nape of the neck, the shoulder and torso all the time up and the legs should be all the time just above the ground during the exercise).
In the sixth exercise 6 repetitions of what 1 repetition = both legs up simultaneously (hands clasped at the nape of the neck, legs straight at the knees).

the effects are very satisfactory… I did the whole series and in a few days I'm starting over.. the beginnings were difficult and discouraging. my neck hurt a lot, back and abdominal muscles. every time i thought, that I could not do it anymore, I was just trying to get through another day. after a week it was fine.. from the middle of the exercises I saw the effects and the stomach became hard and the exercises were not as exhausting as at the beginning… the last one 2 weeks are pure pleasure;) I wish you perseverance.
