Aerobics are quite quick exercises that are repeated many times, performed to the beat of the music. It is a system of advanced training based on the intensive supply of oxygen to all cells of the body.
By choosing the right exercises, you can engage all muscles to exercise. Gymnastics has a beneficial effect on cardiovascular fitness, in addition, it strengthens the muscles, helps you lose weight, oxygenate the body, improves endurance, delays the aging process and the overall efficiency of the body allows you to maintain a slim body shape.
Certain types of aerobics:
* hi-low – a combination of high-intensity exercise, with exercises at a slower pace, in this type of aerobics, the participants perform choreographic patterns, exercises are performed to musical styles such as: hip-hop, pop
* tbc – activities combining aerobic exertion ( use of weights, rubber bands etc.) and exercises to sculpt the muscles of the body, which slenderize and burn fat at the same time
* step aerobik – the exercises consist of going up and down the step rhythmically
* stretching – stretching exercises, systematic training causes the muscles to lengthen and make them more flexible
* body ball – exercises with balls (55-65 cm), (used in people with orthopedic problems and in children with cerebral palsy) strengthen deep muscles, which are responsible for maintaining a straight posture, in addition, exercise relieves the spine and allows you to relax
* fat burner – exercises involving intense fat burning. They are based on aerobic exercise, exercise of variable intensity on certain parts of the muscles
*callanetics – exercises repeated many times (50-100), involving the movement of deeply hidden muscles, the main task of training is to harden the muscles: slimming parts of the body such as: legs, stomach, buttocks, thighs
