Fast, rushing current, Numerous boulders and rapids give Radunia the character of a mountain river. The group of Raduńskie lakes and the gorge near Babi Dół increase its attractiveness. The region is extremely interesting in terms of sightseeing due to the rich folklore of the local Kashubian population.
A more developed hydrographic network of the right tributaries of the Vistula is an excellent area for canoeing tourism. Sole, Skawa and Raba it, due to great technical difficulties, very interesting kayaking routes for skilled and advanced. The upper sections of their runs have the character of mountain rivers - a rapid, alternating current, rapids, chafes, shallows.
Interesting folklore of the local population and valuable monuments make these routes attractive.
The Dunajec River - the route from Nowy Targ to Nowy Sącz is very difficult, for trained, experienced canoeists. Trail length 199 km, journey time 6-10 days. Dunajec is rightly considered one of the most beautiful rivers in the world. The section from Czorsztyn to Szczawnica with a picturesque one, a unique breakthrough through the Pieniny Mountains is unique in the world. It has the character of a mountain river to Sanok, from Sanok to Przemyśl - mountain and lowland, from Przemyśl to the estuary - lowland. The wealth of landscape forms, rich folklore of the local people, a large number of architectural monuments, the Solina Reservoir makes this trail attractive. Lots of good camping spots.
Wisłok River - a tributary of the San River, quite difficult trail, for trained, unobtrusive. Length 98 km, journey time 4–6 days. A very picturesque river with a mountain and lowland character, interesting in terms of landscape and tourism. Not too many obstacles, lots of good camping spots.
The Wieprz River - the route is easy, for beginners, trail length 212 km, crossing time 8-10 days. Typical lowland river, with numerous bends, branches, old man, often waterlogged shores. Small-group camping spots are relatively easy to find, more difficult for larger groups. You have to look for accommodation in villages away from the river.
The Bug River - the route is easy, for beginners, unobtrusive. Trail length 261 km, crossing time 8-10 days. Pretty, an interesting trail with many landscape attractions. Sandy shores, grasslands and islands covered with vegetation create convenient camping sites, sunbathing and swimming.
The Narew River - easy route, for beginners, unobtrusive. Trail length 427 km, travel time 15-20 days. A typically lowland river, shores inaccessible on long sections, wetlands, dangerous quakes. Numerous branches and branches, lush aquatic vegetation that offers shelter to countless waterfowl. There are also a lot of sandy places, convenient for bathing and camping. The charms of Narew described in literature, sung in the songs and tales of the Kurpie people, attracting more and more followers. Another attraction is the extremely interesting ethnographically Kurpie region.
The Main Trail of the Great Masurian Lakes - a difficult trail, for trained, unobtrusive. Trail length 110 km, crossing time 7-10 days and more • - due to the large possibilities of organizing side trips. It runs through the largest Masurian lakes: Mamry, Dargin, Kiss, Niegocin, Strawberries, Talty, Mikołajskie, Be .dan, Nidzkie, Brzozo-lasek - avoiding Lake Śniardwy is not recommended, for canoeists for safety reasons. Incredibly many possibilities for side excursions to the charming corners of the Great Lakes Region, a large number of excellent camping spots, wonderful forests, nature and animal reserves make this region extremely attractive.

The Krutynia River - a trail for trained people, unobtrusive, trail length 86,8 km, transit time from Sorkwity to Mikołajki 7-10 days.
The Krutynia Trail is one of the most beautiful in Poland. It runs through river parts with a variable current, different depth and width, which connect lakes of different shapes, size, and even the color of the water. A small number of obstacles on the trail, excellent camping sites, connection with the Main Trail of the Great Lakes makes, that this trail is very popular.
The Drwęca River - an easy route, unobtrusive, trail length 194 km, crossing time 7-10 days. A very interesting trail with great landscape and historical values (numerous and valuable monuments).
Shores convenient for camping. The possibility of taking additional interesting trips to Lake Bachotek and Lake Brodnickie additionally makes this route attractive.
The second longest and largest river Aeolian is the Oder. It is quite a difficult trail, for trained, a bit onerous in the upper reaches. Trail length 713 km.
The measles is regulated along its entire length. However, parts of the original forest have survived on its banks, nature reserves with refuges for protected animals. A dozen or so mucus, heavy traffic of tugs and barges requires a lot of experience and caution.
There are enough camping places on the banks and dykes. The river water is polluted and unfit for consumption even after boiling.
From the beginning of Polish statehood, the Odra River played the role of a natural defensive stronghold against German invasions. On its shores, defensive castles and strongholds were built, among others. Opole, Edge, Wroclaw, Glogow. Excavations from this period prove the Polishness of these lands and the high culture of their inhabitants.
