Circuit
Also known as circuit training, is a set of general development exercises, which allows you to burn in one minute even 15 kcal. This training allows the exercising person to significantly strengthen the body's immunity and improve the strength and endurance of their muscles.
Circuit is quite a strenuous physical activity. The exercises are quick and varied (a mix of aerobics and strength training). Systematic and regular exercise improves your muscle strength enormously, helps to sculpt the body perfectly and prevents overloading at the same time (the most exposed parts of the body).
The exercises should be divided into two parts of the body(upper and lower). Once you know what muscles you want to exercise, it's important to know that you can also combine aerobic and strength exercises (in proportions 1:2). Training should consist of a set 6 do 10 strength exercises (should be performed sequentially).
Remember, that each type of exercise has an individual number of repetitions (you must complete the previous series before proceeding to the next exercise). Exercises should be separated by short no more than 15 seconds on and off.
Remember that the total training time should be maximum 45 minutes.
