Exercises with a towel
List of exercises with a towel:
* Stand up straight, take a towel with both hands and lift it like this (must be in constant tension), to touch your chin. Then quit. Repeat the movement many times. An additional difficulty is the outward movement of the hand (as if you want to break the towel). With this exercise, you will effectively model the muscles of the neck and nape.
* Stand up straight, break the towel at the two ends (the longer ones ;D) and toss it over your back (natural movement will look like this: with one hand behind your back, the other overhead). Then run the towel along your back (bottom to top, and down again). Repeat the movement many times. This exercise shapes the back and shoulder muscles well.
* While standing, grab the towel in both hands and pass it over the back of your neck. Tilt your head back, hands forward (the effect is this, that the towel prevents you from tilting your head back). Tense your body with this exercise for a few seconds, and then relax them. Do several intense repetitions of this exercise.

You need to choose the right size of the towel, not to be too short, nor too long
