Fit ball

The fit ball is a colorful flexible ball made of soft yet durable PVC, whose strength allows you to sit, lying down and even jumping on it. The diameter of the balls can vary within 35 cm do 180cm (the biggest balls are. megaball, which are used for group games).

Exercises on the fit ball allow you to relax the whole body, improve motor coordination, maintain balance and stability. Balancing on the ball activates many muscle groups.

The balls strengthen the skeletal muscles, which are responsible for maintaining the correct posture. They are perfect for people with back problems.

During the classes, participants undergo relaxing, stretching and strengthening training. Meetings improve the whole body or only those parts that we want, e.g. thighs, stomach. The exercises do not burden the body, and the risk of injury is minimal.

A participant who regularly goes to training with a fit ball will improve his condition, while strengthening the muscles and improving the figure. As for the medical use of exercise, they have been used for many years in the rehabilitation of people suffering from orthopedic problems, e.g. exercise greatly reduces pain and muscle tension.
