Hydrospinning
Hydrospinning, otherwise riding a bike in the water – is a new form of physical activity. It's hard to imagine riding a bike in water… How is this possible? Nothing easier! People who practice this form of exercise use a shallow swimming pool and stationary bicycles (specially constructed for this sport) attached to its bottom.
Hydrospinning is a typical form of endurance activity. It improves the condition and endurance of exercisers, and helps in getting rid of adipose tissue (during one training session, you can burn up to 1200 Kcal!). This modern form of physical activity is recommended for everyone who wants to take better care of their condition, especially obese people, the elderly and having problems with the cardiovascular system, respiratory system and body posture. Hydrospinning classes are not popular in Poland yet, it is quite a young and innovative way to take care of your body, but enjoying more and more popularity. Let's hope so, that soon it will be easily accessible in every city in Poland.

massacre…I regularly practice stationary spinning and I know how much a person sweats at the same time, it must be a soup made of human sweat - good fun volunteers.
the water cycling activities are great – no soup in the pool, it is quite a different fatigue and a great massage for the legs – these classes are already in Lodz
and does anyone know if such classes are held in Tychy??if so,so where.
