How muscles are built
Muscles introduction!
Muscles are contractile parts of our body. Their shape depends on the role they play in the body. They are made of muscle tissue. As a result of muscle contractions, they cause the movement of individual elements. A muscle is like an engine, it needs energy to work (fuel), i.e. sugars (glycogen, glucose), that are transported by the blood. The number of muscles in a human is defined as 450-500 which is approx. 40% weight in men and 35% in women.
The process of muscle formation!
Our muscles can be compared to trousers, for example. When we use them, they wear out and get damaged. Finally, a hole appears. It's the same with our muscles. They are made of fibers and when we use them too often these fibers are destroyed and "holes" appear in them.. micro-damage. Let's go back to our pants. Once they wear through and there's a hole in the knee, we can throw it away or "fix it". Our body regenerates our muscles by rebuilding them, so we can get rid of the hole in our pants by sewing on a patch. It is greater than the damage, to cover them well. The same thing happens in our body. The immune system gets information, that the muscle fibers are damaged and need to be "patched". That's why it sends amino acids there, which we previously obtained from the digestion process. He selects them in the right way and begins to build muscle tissue, thanks to which they become larger. I tried to explain it with a simple example without unnecessary scientific terms. We must also remember, that building muscle depends on additional factors such as: hormonal status, fiber type etc. Therefore, not always exercising the same amount as our colleague, we will get the same effect. A diet with the right nutrients is also important, which help rebuild our muscles.
A word at the end
However, keep in mind, not to overdo it with training. Because it's not here, for us to spend practicing after 8 hours and practiced. It is not like that, The more we exercise, the more muscle mass we gain. We have to do everything gradually. The number of cells in the body is controlled and cannot be multiplied.
