only been going for a month (ok 30 min. per day) – i'm losing after 4 cm in each thigh:))

i love cycling
,but one thing I can't agree with in the above article. Cycling puts strain on the spine and is therefore not recommended for people,who have problems with the spine, especially the lumbar spine. I am writing this based on information obtained from an orthopedic surgeon.
I cycle regularly for approx 1,5 h. And I have to admit that it gives me a lot of satisfaction. I feel better on my body, and also in spirit ๐ I recommend!!

3years ago I cycled systematically all summer, for fall I weighed 58 kg out of 68 kg:) besides less weight, I had a firm body and a great feeling. unfortunately I gave up this sport and started eating and now weighs 70 kg:/:( sport is good for your health and make no mistake about it!Practice Practice Practice;)

You won't lose weight if you eat sandwiches on the road,buns, etc. I do about 10,000 km a year and no weight loss. Without a diet, forget about losing weight - well, maybe 0.5 kg.

One thing, which no one has mentioned yet- muscle cramps. Be sure to remember about magnesium and potassium! After the first week of hard driving, I couldn't sleep at night, my calves were trembling:D But all you need to do is modify your diet a bit and you're fine
I love cycling, I try to ride every day if possible, usually it is about 80 minutes. When it comes to weight loss, the bike actually loses weight, however, we cannot afford to overeat while driving, which I experienced firsthand:P [I currently weigh 50 kg, Unfortunately, the tire and sides do not want to leave me:( ] Overall, a bicycle is a great way to improve your well-being, condition, sculpting the legs and killing boredom.

I do average around 25km / h. I started riding this year, I did over 400km. The bike became my prescription for my knee ailments (I used to run a lot before), strengthened muscles and after the pain:)

My husband rides his bike every day to work the day after 15 km,it lasts for years - she doesn't overeat and she doesn't lose weight, which I don't understand. She's also active at work.

I ride a bike, I've done over a season 1500 km but I eat more for it, to have energy and not complain about hunger. it just makes more sense to me – amount burned to amount eaten:/ but the most important thing is that I drive because it gives me pleasure, I love this sport. to solve problems with the spine while cycling, I recommend getting interested in recumbent bikes. Epic, though hard to come by, quite expensive, but great for the spine. not to mention additional factors such as the interest of the opposite sex, although actually all cyclists (and not only) ๐

It will help. A year ago and two years ago during the holidays I was driving just like that on average 45 minutes a day and unfortunately I lost a few kilos… But overall I love cycling:)improves the condition and the person immediately feels better:))

I drove for over an hour and I will probably go tomorrow too…but when I got off the bike, I was a bit backwards and my head was spinning - probably hyperventilation. What gears do you have when cycling? What I mean, that I want to lose weight and not gain muscle mass, but I was reading, that the body slims with low gears, while in high places it gains muscle mass.
I started to ride some bike 1,5 month ago. I try to drive 4 the 5 times a week ,at the moment about 25-30 km. every time. The weight stands still, but I can enter without panting 7 times in a row on 4 In my life, I never thought that riding a bike could give you so much fun.

I just started riding my bike, I've only been riding for a week and haven't weighed myself yet ( because it's too fast) but I can already feel my belly stretching out and getting slimmer:) I drive about 15km a day after 40-60 minutes. Hey Cyclists! From Tuesday (that is after Easter) I started riding a bicycle. It's great. I drive approx 20 km per day. At the beginning it was hard but it keeps getting better, and these views…….. Super! I have more energy, sleeps after 7 hours, not after 12 as it once was ;p just open my eyes already thinking to get on the bike. At the same time, I sunbathe beautifully. I highly recommend this type of sport. Even if you don't have anyone to ride with, you take the music equipment in one ear (for safety) and you go on a trip with your favorite note ๐ Just remember about a bottle of water, because it dries terribly ๐
I am fifteen, I drive on average every year 1500 km from 3-4 lat, the bike is my second life. When I had 10 years I weighed approx 60 kg!!! now that I have 15 I weigh years 1 kg more, where if without cycling he weighed more than 80 kg,,, I eat what I want, I like sweets when I feel like eating it. work: proper driving speed is a value, which is individual for each person, her training and innate predispositions. If for “best results” you think you are losing weight, you should give your rides as many features of aerobic training as possible:) It is accepted, that you burn most fat with exercise when you constantly keep your heart rate at a level (according to different sources) ok 65% maximum heart rate. With a higher pulse (fast driving) the percentage of energy obtained from fats in relation to the total energy consumed is lower, but also the amount of calories burned is greater. If someone trains hard at the gym and puts great emphasis on the number and volume of muscles, he should avoid fast driving due to the high consumption of energy stored in the form of proteins.
For my part, I am offering a few pointers:P
1. 65% heart rate max is usually the value that corresponds to a comfortable bike ride + a little bit of commitment –>2/3 km/h (speed on asphalt, on flat, according to this recommendation, it is most often from 17 do 23 km/h)
2. It is important to keep doing the work – we pedal both downhill and downhill (There is no laziness ! )
3. driving for a minimum of an hour(it can be longer, why not :P), at least 4 times a week ( least 3 ! :D)
4. we do not eat while driving(it's about not supplying the body with carbohydrates on an ongoing basis), not as long before her as possible (I mean situations, wherein: the person does not starve, it's just rational + The trip cannot take more than 2 hours!!!!!)
5. Driving pleasure is the most important thing – you should know what i wrote above, but you don't necessarily have to comply with it if it is to be done at the expense of our satisfaction
The same is true of losing weight:
-Fasting for a few days is the worst thing you can do to yourself (kind of “cool”weight loss is weight loss !muscle! and water)
-Nothing will give you any kind of effort if you warm more than you burn – determine how many or so calories you should eat. Eat as much as you got minus 20%.
-Eat normally, so much, reasonably, try to keep the right proportion between carbohydrates, proteins and fats . You need all this.
– don't believe any dukans and other shit, if you upset your metabolism, you are in a black ass
-recipe to lose weight : satisfy 80% your caloric needs and supplement it with moderate exercise (e.g. roller coaster cycling)
