What is active recreation?.
Active rest activates these parts of our body, that we neglect in our daily lives, be these, that we overuse. Active rest is both mental rest and physical exercise, in one word everything, which in some way stimulates our body, and its organs, to effort. During such rest, we stimulate both body and mind, relaxing, increasing efficiency and relieving the tensions that accumulate in connection with our daily activities. Active recreation should therefore be seen as something, which stabilizes and multidirectionally develops our body. When we focus on working at a desk, we neglect our muscles, when we do physical work, we neglect the mind, and full performance is essential for proper functioning, or at least use it from time to time, these parts of the body, which are neglected. Tourism will be equally active recreation, playing chess and cycling. Each of these activities affects our body in some way. It's best to combine them into one, that is, from time to time focusing it on the mind, it's on the body – In this way, we will ensure the influx of all possible stimuli and multidirectional development.
