In my Fitness Club you can find practically all of the above-mentioned forms of exercises, from fitness to pilates, step, and even salse,tai-chi etc. I'm training fitness at the moment but I'm tempted by yoga and pilates!

Is, ok
mam 70 lat , an ambulance takes me to Pilates and an ambulance with two doctors takes me away, physiotherapist and helper to carry me on a stretcher.
But the most important thing is to believe, this will keep me fit for 100 lat.
I have a question; if they call me home and throw me on the way to the streets with a scream, die-get lost and I catch up with the ambulance and shout for help, this is also a therapeutic method used by doctors. Wouldn't it hurt me, because I am getting stronger in my legs, but maybe I also use yoga?.
Is this what pilates should look like, please give me a detailed answer and some examples of exercises for me or a complex that will help me .
respectfully

Hi,
I go to the gyms only for women in Krakow on os. Cooperative 51, I really appreciate it, we have a long warm-up at the beginning, also during exercise and after that it's great. I haven't lost weight because of my gluttony but my condition has really improved. When I get to the tram, I don't feel out of breath anymore. Magdalena
