Warm up and stretch your muscles

Such hard and intense workouts, require proper preparation from bodybuilders.
Warming up and stretching your muscles is a must, before each strength training session, but not only. Virtually all athletes, regardless of the sport discipline, they practice warming up, because it is actually a key part of your training. Entering into the proper training without prior warm-up, it would only be disastrous. We do the warm-up for this, to prepare our body for hard training. During this activity, we should warm up all muscle groups, so that you do not get injured later. Injuries are mainly caused by a lack of warm-up, be misusing it. Remember to warm up your body, not overwhelm it too much, therefore it is very important that you never do the warm-up exercises to the fullest, because we may run out of energy during proper training. Warming up should be regular, therefore it is very important to keep an eye on it. Thanks to the earlier warm-up of the body, we will achieve much better results during the proper training. There have been many publications on this, which parts of muscles should start stretching from. After careful analysis, we find out, that almost all specialists recommend warming up the muscles, from the lower body. Warm-up exercises should be selected individually, however, the most popular are push-ups and squats. These are exercises comfortable enough, because we don't need any additional tools for them. Yes, there are special bars for doing the exercises, which expose us to joint injuries to a lesser extent, however, it is not a necessity.
Warming up greatly reduces the risk of heart problems, which are relatively common during physical exercise. During this activity, the elasticity of the soft tissue is significantly improved, and most of all, the temperature of our muscles rises gradually, not suddenly. As you can see, the value of warming up before training, it is very big, therefore, any person who engages in any physical exertion, should use it.
