Movement in winter

According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO) people more and more often suffer from civilization diseases such as: diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypertension, rak, obesity, osteoporosis.

This is why, that we spend too much time on the couch in front of the TV, instead of devoting a few moments a day to exercise.

The simplest and most enjoyable workout is walking. Just march 3 times a week at a moderate pace, to lower or even reduce to a minimum the effects of hypertension and the associated risk of stroke and heart attack by up to one third.

Winter is definitely the best time for such training. It is best to start by walking every day for half an hour.

Advantages of winter walking:
* oxygenation and muscle strengthening
* immunity against bacteria and viruses
* more intense (than in summer) burning calories
* on frosty days, metabolism is stimulated during training, the body cleanses itself of toxins, through faster circulating blood
