Slender calves
Many women dream of long and slender calves. Slender calves do more than just make, that women feel good, but most of all they catch the eye of many men. Every woman can develop slender calves. What exercises should be performed, to improve the appearance of the calves? How many times a week should you exercise?
Exercises that will improve the appearance of your calves:
* One-leg climbs while standing
We keep the toes of both feet on the stand (it must be a fairly tall tray, ok. 10 cm), our heels are down. We straighten the torso, we hold on to something stable with our hands (it can be a bookcase). Then we make a toe climb (being in this position 2 seconds, we can make the exercise difficult) and we breathe the air. Returning to the starting position, we exhale. We perform the exercise in series, each series should contain from 20 – The condition of our body determines the upper limit.
This exercise can be made difficult by holding a heavy load in one hand (usually a dumbbell).
* Sitting on your toes (on the machine)
As in the case of the previous exercise, we keep the toes of both feet on a high stand (ok 10 cm). We hold the load on our knees (we gave an example of a machine, but it could be a barbell, rubber/cast iron plate (weight from 5 do 25kg). Our backs are straight, with our hands we hold on to a stable thing. Then we make a toe climb (being in this position 2 seconds, we can make the exercise difficult) and we breathe the air. Returning to the starting position, we exhale. We perform the exercise in series, each series should contain from 20 – The condition of our body determines the upper limit.
When doing toe raises in a sitting position, you can do it for each leg separately (i.e. e.g.. left first, later law). It is a form of variety, which can significantly help us in our pursuit of more beautiful calves.
What should calf training look like??
Thighs and calves are muscles, who work every day, when we walk, we run or jog. These muscles are actually used to continuous work. So how to practice them? It is necessary to devote more time and effort to them during training. The calf muscles belong “attack” at different angles and with different exercises (also with their various variations). Each training session should consist of a minimum of two exercises involving the calf muscles for intense work. Each exercise should be repeated in several series (usually from 3 do 6). In the series, however, not less than 20 repetitions (good technique and proper – medium pace). The more moves (repetitions) we will do in series, the shorter the break between sets (ok. 1-2 min.) the better and faster the results “we will lose weight” our calves.
How many times a week should you train your calves??
It all depends on how much we care about getting beautiful calves. Exercise 2 once a week is enough for most people, however, there are people, who practice them 3 times a week. Each person should try different variants and decide, which one is the most suitable.

I don't like it either, looks like a peasant, not like a woman. A woman must have curves, i.e. bones covered with a firm body to which you can cuddle and here I would trip over her bones. My wife is completely different, however, she has a normal build and such women should be. I greet all normal women.

I personally do not like this type of figure in a woman and I would not like to look like that . A woman should be delicate and feminine to me , and this lady is as muscular as a man. Fear to think what it would be like if she found a slim husband 😛

very much because she is not very feminine in this photo, but did any of you see her on a normal weekday when she is not posing for photos and is not after training or before some shows-performances?…believe that you would never suspect such women in everyday life that they are bodybuilders and jealousy is normal 😉

Those calves and thighs are terrible, her muscles are too developed and she doesn't look feminine. If my legs are supposed to look like this after these exercises, I don't think I will do them.
I also have thick legs but I don't want them to look like this woman's! Her body is repulsive, and there was one more comment that we envy this lady for her muscular body.! who likes such muscles?! It's probably better to have a little soft body than in this picture. Regards.
Unfortunately, I have such calves and it bothers me terribly. colored tights with patterns cannot be worn, or high heels because it looks terrible. I've had it from primary school, because I was racing 1000m

I agree with you, I also think, that it's not feminine, it's nice to have nicely sculpted calves, but not so much. The exercises described on the website are very good, but they will not lead us to that “state” if we don't overdo it. Zero subtlety!As someone thinks, this thing is nice,it has a distorted taste!This is not a woman!And I say it without jealousy, because I weigh myself 50 kg, I do sports,I dance and eat healthy, but despite frequent training, I don't look like an advanced bodybuilder!!!
it's not primarily feminine… A well-groomed woman can exercise, she may be slim, but without the six pack on her stomach and the muscles that are visible everywhere…

I feel a little sorry for you… A lot of people here can be with a nice and shapely body, but let's be honest. Few people like THIS body in women. That you like it, it does not mean, that you must insult everyone here. And you're kinda funny. How bodybuilders follow the diet, maybe bones are good until old age, but the joints are damaged by bodybuilders.

I have such calves without exercise and I really don't like it, it does not fit my figure 🙁 I never wear dresses or skirts and when summer comes… it is a terrible thing.
