During our daily training, our need for carbohydrates and protein is greater than that of a normal person. Therefore, we should provide as much nutrients and calories as possible in our food. The second group of supplements includes special supplements. Certainly, this group of supplements includes creatine and L-carnitine. These are very light and completely harmless anabolic supplements. Creatine is the most popular, making it the most appreciated dietary supplement. Due to the very mild mode of action, creatine is gaining more and more supporters. Do not take a creatine supplement, if we are just starting our training in the gym, or no exercise at all, because then it defeats the purpose. Taking this supplement brings the best results, if our training has been regular for at least several months. Not everyone knows, that creatine and other dietary supplements are present in food, however, their amounts contained in food are usually insufficient. Dietary supplements should be delivered to the intestines as soon as possible, because, The particles of the supplement are unstable due to their large size, therefore they can be easily damaged by gastric juices. So that the supplement is quickly absorbed by the body, should be taken on an empty stomach.

There are many dietary supplements to choose from. They are completely legal and harmless to our health. To, what supplements will we choose, however, it should be well thought out, because it is not worth applying funds to your body, which may prove unnecessary for our body.
