The work of protein and carbohydrates is also facilitated by mixing them together. One more, a needed bodybuilder, the nutrient is fats. These are additional energy sources used, when carbohydrate stores are depleted. They create cells and tissues and provide vitamins from group A, D, E i K, and also contribute to the secretion of hormones.
